These terms apply when you use this website and when you book travel through TRAVEL BLASTERS PVT LTD. By making a booking you accept them on behalf of everyone travelling on that booking.

Our role

We act as an agent for the airlines, hotels, transfer companies and activity operators who actually provide your travel. Their own conditions of carriage or booking apply to your trip alongside these terms, and we will make those available to you before you pay.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only when we have received full payment (or the agreed deposit) and have sent you a written confirmation with a booking reference. Until then, prices and availability can change because they come live from the supplier. If a price shown was clearly wrong, we will tell you before taking payment and you may cancel for a full refund.

Prices

Prices include the taxes and fees shown at checkout. Costs you pay locally - resort fees, city taxes, optional extras and anything the supplier collects on arrival - are your responsibility. If you pay in a currency other than the one your card is issued in, your bank may add its own conversion charge.

Changes and cancellations

Each supplier sets its own change and cancellation rules, and those rules are shown to you before you pay. Many fares and rates are non-refundable. Where a refund is due, we will pass it on once the supplier releases it, less any service fee stated at the time of booking. To request a change or cancellation, contact us with your booking reference.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visas and any health documents your destination requires, and for checking that the names on your booking match your travel documents exactly. We cannot refund a booking that cannot be used because a document was missing or a name was wrong.

If something goes wrong

Tell us as soon as possible so we can take it up with the supplier while you are still travelling. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes made by a supplier, or for events outside our control such as weather, strikes or airspace closures - but we will help you deal with them.

Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and your belongings for the whole of your trip.
