TRAVEL BLASTERS PVT LTD ("we", "us") operates this travel booking website. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you search for and book travel with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Booking details - traveller names, dates of birth, contact details, passport or ID details where a supplier requires them, and your travel dates and itinerary.
• Payment information - processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Account information - your email address and password if you create an account, plus your booking history and any loyalty balance.
• Technical information - IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies so the site works and we can improve it.

How we use it

We use your information to complete and service your booking, to send you confirmations, tickets, vouchers and travel updates, to handle changes, cancellations and refunds, to prevent fraud, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and - where you have agreed - to send you offers.

Who we share it with

To deliver a booking we must pass your details to the supplier providing it: airlines, hotels, transfer and activity operators, and the reservation systems that connect us to them. We also use service providers for payments, email and messaging delivery, and hosting. Some of these are located outside your country, and your information will be transferred to them for this purpose. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to service the trip and afterwards for the period our accounting and tax rules require. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email we send.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function - keeping you signed in, remembering your currency and holding your search while you book - and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the booking flow may stop working.
