Flight Cancellation Policy

Every booking made on https://www.travelblaster.in is subject to cancellation charges levied by the respective airline, which may vary depending on the flight and booking class.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.
  • Some bookings may not allow partial cancellation as per airline rules.
  • Cancellations can be made offline by sending an email to refund@travelblasters.com.
  • We assist customers in making amendments to bookings. In certain cases, customers may be required to contact the airline directly.
  • Amendment charges on www.travelblaster.in are subject to airline policies and may vary based on flight timings and booking class.
  • For cancellations within 24 hours of the journey, customers are advised to contact the airline directly and then send the cancellation request to us via email for refund processing.
  • In case of direct cancellation through the airline, refunds will be processed according to airline charges.
  • After flight departure and in case of No-Show, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
  • In case of No-Show, the refund amount entirely depends on the airline. TRAVEL BLASTERS PVT LTD will refund the exact amount received from the airline.

Hotel Amendment & Cancellation Policy

Every hotel booking made on www.travelblaster.in is subject to cancellation charges levied by the respective hotel, which may vary depending on hotel policies and room types.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable as per hotel policy.
  • Cancellation requests can be sent by email to refund@travelblasters.com.
  • We assist customers in making amendments. In some cases, customers may need to contact the hotel directly.
  • To cancel a booking within 24 hours of the journey, customers are advised to contact the hotel directly and then send the cancellation request to us for refund processing.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after receiving a valid cancellation request/claim from the customer, travel agent, or corporate client via email.
  • Refunds for air tickets and hotel bookings will be credited directly to the customer’s original mode of payment after receiving the refund from the respective airline or hotel.
  • TRAVEL BLASTERS PVT LTD will process refunds within 72 hours after receiving the refunded amount from the concerned airline, hotel, transporter, or supplier.
  • Due to banking procedures:
  • Credit card refunds may take up to 72 hours
  • Net banking refunds may take up to 7 working days
